1. Acceptance of Terms
   By completing a purchase with Techanada, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Techanada.

2. Liability Disclaimer
   Upon purchase completion, Techanada relinquishes all responsibility for any issues or damages (both hardware and software) that may occur to the purchased item while in your possession. This includes the 30-day return window. Techanada cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or misuse of the product.

3. Return Policy
   Techanada is committed to customer satisfaction with your PC builds. If you encounter an issue with a component within 30 days of purchase, you may contact Techanada to initiate a return. To be eligible:

    

   • Proof of the malfunctioning component must be provided.

   • The defect must be verified and approved by the Techanada team.
     Upon approval, a reimbursement of 80% of the cost of the defective component will be issued. Additionally, Techanada will replace the faulty component free of charge. Please note that all returns must be initiated within the 30-day window to qualify for this policy.

4. Product Warranty
   Products sold by Techanada may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product documentation for details. Techanada does not provide additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer.

5. Privacy Policy
   Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
