Refund Policy

At Techanada, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their PC builds. If you experience any issues with a component within 30 days of purchase, we encourage to contact us immediately. To initiate a return, please provide proof of the malfunctioning part. Upon verification we will issue a reimbursement of 80% the cost of the defective component. Additionally, there will be no fees associated with replacing the faulty part. Please note that all returns must be initiated within the 30-day window to be eligible for this policy.
